In January 2002, DCC Growth Fund invested $2.0 million as a part of a $4.6 million financing package to accomlish the change of ownership and control of this bathtub liner, wall surround and vanity top manufacturer. The investment was made in the form of a 12% Note. The Fund participated with Argosy Investment Partners II, LP in this transaction.

AmBath/ReBath, LLC manufactures and installs bathtub liners, wall surrounds and solid surface vanity tops in every major hotel and motel chain nationwide. Through state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and patent-pending installation techniques, AmBath can install bathtub liners and wall surrounds over existing fixtures in a single day. AmBath products are custom made from lustrous, impact resistant acrylic to fit perfectly over existing bathtubs and walls. Their products are tested and approved by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, the Uniform Plumbing Code, the American Society of Testing and Material and the Underwriters Laboratory.

The Fund exercised its Warrant for $17 acquiring an equity position in the company in January 2002.
