In April 2001,
DCC Growth Fund led a $12 million financing for expansion. DCC Growth Fund
provided $2 million in the form of 12% subordinate debt with a warrant for
6% ownership. Smith Whiley provided $3 million on the same terms and conditions
as the DCC Growth Fund financing. Huntington Bank provided $7 million in senior
debt. In late 2002, DCC Growth Fund provided $950,000 in equity financing.

CSC is an information and image management consulting and services firm that
provides services to clients primarily in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
This financing enabled CSC to acquire operations in Michigan. Services include
consulting, design, education, electronic image management, equipment, facilities
management, facilities sharing, installation, networking, pre-developed software,
programming, training and computer output to microfilm processing. Clients are
in the following industries: banking, healthcare, service, manufacturing, finance,
construction, food processing, insurance, government, utilities, transportation,
law, education, distribution and retail.
CSC employees have increased, primarily through
acquisitions, from 150 to 236 since DCC Growth Fund made its initial investment. The company has operations in Ohio,
Michigan and Illinois.
