In November 2001, DCC Growth Fund provided $2 million in equity financing to this Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) provider of custom electronic manufacturing services to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in the electronics, computer, medical and telecommunications industries. The services include design assistance and prototype production at the product development stage and a wide variety of assembly, integration, packaging, and test services at different levels of volume production. The services benefit customers by reducing time to market for new and existing products, and by reducing overall sourcing and manufacturing costs at various stages of product growth.

In 2002, DCC Growth Fund provided an additional $350,000 interim financing in the form of 13% Notes.

Summer Street Capital Partners, LLC (Buffalo, NY and Longmeadow, MA) also provided equity capital as part of the original transaction.
