Growth Fund, LP (the Fund) is a for-profit venture capital partnership.
The Fund seeks to make a return for its investors while fostering regional
economic development. It provides both sub-debt and equity financing
to growth-stage small companies. Each investment must yield upside potential
for the Fund and add value to the company.
Investments are made through
Development Capital Ventures, LP, a Small Business Investment Company
(SBIC) licensed in November 1999 by the US Small Business Administration (SBA) under
the Small Business Investment Act of 1958, as amended. The Fund is considered to be fully invested at this time |
