Mr. Foren has primary responsibility for the overall administration of DCC Growth Fund.
Mr. Foren was a senior
executive with the US Small Business Administration (SBA) where he developed
and administered small business finance programs. As Associate Administrator
for Investment during the early 90's, he administered the Small Business
Investment Company (SBIC) Program. In that position, he directed and managed
the process of licensing, regulating, examining, funding and liquidating
SBICs. Also, he directed and managed the reengineering of the SBIC Program
that was the basis for its revitalization. During the 70's and 80's, he
developed and administered the SBA 503/504 Loan Programs, the Small Business
Lending Company Program, and the Certified and Preferred lender Programs.
Mr. Foren earned a BS degree in Business Administration and he is a Certified
Public Accountant.
